Evolved product positioning across training, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle support; strengthened strategic partner collaborations; led an end-to-end website and messaging transformation; and grew LinkedIn engagement +13,296% in impressions.
Owned the strategic partnerships channel end-to-end — onboarding, enablement, engagement, performance, and revenue. Scaled the partner ecosystem and GTM plans, led Microsoft partnership expansion and co-sell through Microsoft Marketplace, and negotiated partner agreements driving partner-sourced pipeline.
Led marketing and communications during wartime hypergrowth — supporting expansion from ~$350K to $40M+ in donations and a 10x jump in active volunteers. Launched partnerships with UNICEF USA and AirBnB.org, and grew the email database from 2,000+ to 60,000+ in six months.
Owned Qardio's largest revenue channel — Amazon, $8M+ P&L across five geographies. Built full-funnel Amazon Ad strategy (Search + DSP) managing $500K in ad spend, forecasted all consumer channels, and launched RiteAid.com and Lenovo.com in the U.S.
Launched new hardware products across Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and Macy's — driving 65% of 2018 revenue and 200% YoY growth, reaching 10M+ consumers. Led a team of 7 across promo campaigns, SEO, creative assets, and CES presence.
